Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds for services provided by Brandslytics.

1. Service Nature

Brandslytics provides customised, professional services that involve strategy, planning, and execution.

Once service delivery has commenced, resources and time are allocated specifically to your engagement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

A written request is submitted before service execution begins

A service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable solely to Brandslytics

All refund decisions are made at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided where:

Services have already commenced.

Delays occur due to incomplete or delayed inputs from the client.

The client changes scope, intent, or requirements mid-engagement.

4. Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation by writing to brandslytics@gmail.com
Cancellations do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

5. Payment Gateway Fees

Any applicable payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. Final Decision

All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final and binding.
